This has to be the best hotel that we have been to in Blackpool, first class from when you arrive to departure, the hosts, the rooms and the breakfast, you can't beat that anywhere, Elaine and Colin are fantastic hosts.
On site parking, well stocked bar, very clean and tidy rooms, a breakfast that sets you up for the day, local to amenities and very competitive prices.
There ain’t any.

Lovely Stay with Amazing Hospitality!
We seemed like cherished guests. Room 8 was spacious, clean, and had the comfiest beds. Breakfast was a good surprise, with a perfect Full English. Make sure to take a quick 5-minute walk to the center for great local attractions!

The hotel is well situated, very close to the centre in a quiet location. There is a nice private car park at the side of the property. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well kept and our bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is basic but plenty. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Overall a very nice little B&B perfect for a short stay.
Only 2 small towels in the bathroom and if your child likes hot chocolate for breakfast, come prepared or make a quick run to the convenience store around the corner.

Breakfast
It was freezing we had to sit in our room with our coats on and gloves on the central heating worked but was not on most of the time and there was no heating in the ensuite so the towels and bath mat never dried so it made for an uncomfortable stay couldnt wait to leave.

We had a delightful stay, primarily visiting for the nearby attractions. The highlights included the spacious bathroom with a fantastic power shower, and the breakfast options were superb, especially the made-to-order Full English. Anna and Chris were warm and welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time and plan to return soon.

A superb experience with really good hosts who go the extra mile for their guests. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with high-pressure walk-in showers and luxury toiletries. Breakfast was a feast, offering both continental and full English options, freshly prepared with ample portions. It's easy to feel at home in such a cute environment.

Such great overall experience. Fairly clean hotel in a neat building near shopping area and attractions on the promenade, Blackpool and the town centre. Marvellous location to nearby central pier, easy to get anywhere. For shots visit King Edward Vii, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the property. Exceptional service provided.
